In November 2022, Taiwan-led "Digital Health Sub-Working Group" held the APEC 3rd Policy Dialogue with
the theme "Narrowing Health Inequity Gaps through Telemedicine in Adapting to the New Normal." Physical
participants from economies such as Taiwan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines were present,
while economies like the United States, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam shared their insights online, attracting
approximately 110 participants.

● "Digital Health Sub-Working Group" held the APEC 3rd Policy Dialogue
The MOHW conducted the APEC Good Registration Management (GRM) Regulatory Science Center of Excellence
Workshop through digital courses and online conferences. 19 experts were invited to train 104 seed participants
from 11 economies, with the aim of bridging regional regulatory disparities and enhancing the regulatory
management environment in Taiwan.
